Help your coolant serve you well! These 10 points will help you keep it clean, safe for you and effective on the cutting tool.

Here are the 10 commandments to succeed!

1. Respect a minimum coolant concentration of 8% (or as recommended for the product).

2. Never add only water to the machine.

3. Always mix coolant using an appropriate mixer (e.g., NU‑MIX).

4. Check the coolant concentration before every fill‑up.

5. Remove tramp oil from the surface regularly; use a filtration system like NexJen.

6. Clean the machine with EQO‑KLEEN SMP following the proper procedure.

7. Use CITRUS CUTTER to clean machines; do not use detergents like Windex.

8. Perform a complete machine cleaning at least once per year (or more often if needed).

9. For tapping, use the appropriate product (e.g., QuickTap).

10. Keep coolant circulating with a pump and timer—even during downtime—to prevent stagnation and support oxygenation (e.g., 10 minutes every hour).
